SALMON OR TUNA BAKED POTATOES
Ingredients

can salmon, or 2 cans tuna, drained

baking potatoes, cleaned
1/2
c. milk
1/4
c. margarine
1/2
c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/4
c. green onion, minced
1
tsp. thyme
1
tsp. dill
1
tsp. salt
1
tsp. pepper
1/4
c. frozen peas, thawed

Instructions
1. Bake potatoes.
2. When cool, cut in half and scoop out centers.
3. Mash potatoes and beat in cheese, onion and spices.
4. Stir in salmon or tuna and peas.
5. Spoon mixture back into hollowed out skins.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
