Ingredients

cup soy sauce

clove garlic
1/2
teaspoon ginger
1
thin slices beef -- cut from steaks
(enough for 4 people)green onion or regular onion -- sliced

celery stalks sliced
red or green peppers sliced

tablespoon cornstarch --

c. water

Instructions
1. Combine soy sauce, garlic, and ginger with beef, set aside.
2. Heat oil, add beef, simmer 40 minutes on low, or until tender.
3. Add onion, peppers, & Celery.
4. Cook until tender.
5. Mix cornstarch and water.
6. Add to meat.
7. Heat until sauce is thick.
