CHINA PEPPER STEAK
Ingredients

pound Round steak

each Green pepper -- sliced
2
each Tomatoes -- quartered

each Onions -- chopped

tablespoons Soy sauce

cup Bean sprout
1/4
cup Butter
1/2
teaspoon Sugar
1/2
teaspoon Cornstarch

each Garlic -- clove minced
1/4
teaspoon Pepper
1/2
teaspoon Salt

tablespoons Water

Instructions
1. Slice steak thinly in short cross- wise pieces.
2. Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Add beef and brown on both sides.
4. Add soy sauce and sugar; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
6. Dissolve corn starch in water and stir in.
7. Stir until sauce thickens.
8. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.
