  • 1 pound Round steak
  • 1 Envelope French's brown Gravy mix
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Salad oil
  • 1 package Frozen French style green Beans 10 oz.
  • 2/3 cup Water

InstructionsInstructions  1. Slice steak diagonally into thin strips.
2. Combine contents of gravy mix, soy sauce, sugar and ginger.
3. Pour over meat; toss to cover; Heat 1/2 of the oil in a large skillet.
4. Add green beans and cook, stirring, 5 minutes until tender and crisp.
5. Remove from pan. Heat remaining oil in same pan.
6. Add steak. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring until brown.
7. Add beans and water.
8. Cook, stirring until heated.
9. Serve over hot rice.
