CHINESE BEEF AND BEANS
Ingredients

pound Round steak
1
Envelope French's brown Gravy mix
1
tablespoon Soy sauce
1
teaspoon Sugar
1/8
teaspoon Ground ginger
3
tablespoons Salad oil

package Frozen French style green Beans 10 oz.

Instructions
1. Slice steak diagonally into thin strips.
2. Combine contents of gravy mix, soy sauce, sugar and ginger.
3. Pour over meat; toss to cover; Heat 1/2 of the oil in a large skillet.
4. Add green beans and cook, stirring, 5 minutes until tender and crisp.
5. Remove from pan. Heat remaining oil in same pan.
6. Add steak. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring until brown.
7. Add beans and water.
8. Cook, stirring until heated.
9. Serve over hot rice.
