COLD CURRY SOUP

c. chicken broth
1
c. plain yogurt
1/2
c. whipping cream
Salt & pepper to taste

tsp. curry
2
egg yolks

Instructions
1. Bring chicken broth, yogurt, cream, curry and salt and pepper to a simmer.
2. Beat yolks in a cup.
3. Add small amount of liquid to yolks to heat slowly.
4. Add all to soup.
5. Heat 2 minutes; stir constantly.
6. Allow to cool at least 4 hours.
7. Pour over cucumber slices.
