teaspoons chili powder

teaspoon onion powder

teaspoon garlic powder

teaspoon seasoning salt

teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions
1. Scrub potatoes.
2. Leaving skins on, cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
3. Rinse under cold water to remove starch.
4. Pat dry.
5. In very large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
6. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
7. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
8. Bake in preheated 450F degree oven for about 45-50 minutes or until crisp and browned.
9. Carefully toss twice during cooking.
