POTATO - DILL SOUPPOTATO - DILL SOUP   

IngredientsIngredients  
  • 3 c. water
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cream (half & half)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh or frozen dill
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp. flour

InstructionsInstructions  1. Boil potatoes in salt water.
2. Combine flour and cream.
3. When potatoes almost cooked, add flour and cream mixture.
4. Bring soup to a boil.
5. Add finely chopped dill (do not use stems of dill).
6. Garnish with chopped egg.
7. Season with vinegar to taste.
8. Clearwater, Florida
