POTATO - DILL SOUP
Ingredients
3 c. water
3 potatoes, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream (half & half)
2 tbsp. fresh or frozen dill
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp. flour

Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in salt water.
2. Combine flour and cream.
3. When potatoes almost cooked, add flour and cream mixture.
4. Bring soup to a boil.
5. Add finely chopped dill (do not use stems of dill).
6. Garnish with chopped egg.
7. Season with vinegar to taste.
