Ingredients
1 rounded c. of sliced carrots
1 rounded c. sliced celery
1 med. sliced onion
3/4 c. rice (cooked)

Instructions
1. Marinate in 3/4 stick melted butter for 30 minutes.
2. Add 2 quarts of chicken broth and 3/4 cup white wine.
3. Simmer until vegetables are done.
4. Add 2 1/2 inches of Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces.
5. Stir until cheese melts.
6. Stir into mix 1/2 pint of half and half.
7. Serve at once.
