Ingredients
Cake:
8 x 8 cake pan

cup butter or Betta Butta

cup half-n-half or heavy cream

Icing:

package (8 oz.) of Cream Cheese

packages of Splenda brand sweetner

tbsp of Vanilla Extract

Instructions
1. Cake Directions: Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease cake pan. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Then mix liquid ingredients.Combine and mix thouroughly but quickly then pour into greased 8 x 8 cake pan.
4. Cook for 50-60 minutes until well done.
5. Allow * hour time to cool, then spread on icing.
6. (below)Cut into 20 pieces.
Icing Directions: Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and mash together mixing well. May heat in microwave for 30 sec for more effective mixing Spread on cake.
