Pepper and onion porkchops
Ingredients

pork chops, center cut -- about 1 1/2 lbs.

teaspoon salt -- pepper
1/2
teaspoon paprika
1/2
teaspoon dried thyme

green pepper -- or red

medium onions

tablespoons butter

cup beef broth

Instructions
1. Combine spices and sprinkle over both sides of chops.
2. Slice pepper and onions.
3. Heat half butter in skillet,saute onions and peppers until soft, not brown.Remove from pan.
4. Heat remaining butter and brown chops on both sides.
5. Lower heat.Add broth, onions,and peppers.
6. Cook over lowabout 20 mins or until chops are done.
