Instructions
1. Heat non-stick skillet (if electric set to 360 F).
2. Add oil to heated skillet.
3. Cut steak into bite-size cubes: place in skillet with mushrooms and lemon juice.
4. Cook steak until done to taste.
5. Season with salt and pepper if desired and serve hot.
6. Serving suggestion: Dip steak in Benihana Magic Mustard Sauce.
