tbsp. milk

c. powdered sugar, without lump

Instructions
1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and let it soften at room temperature for half an hour.
2. Stir in the milk a little at a time.
3. Gradually add just enough powdered sugar to make a firm dough.
4. Add the vanilla.
5. Mix the batch thoroughly and knead it with your hands.
6. Slit prune-date lengthwise and stuff with mixture.
