Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers, onion and celery very thin. NOTE: Japanese rice vinegar must be used. 2. Soak in salt water for about an hour; rinse and drain thoroughly. NOTE: Japanese rice vinegar must be used. 3. Mix sugar and rice vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. NOTE: Japanese rice vinegar must be used. 4. Pour over cucumbers in a screw-top jar and refrigerate. NOTE: Japanese rice vinegar must be used. 5. Will keep for several weeks.
