CONEY ISLAND STYLE CHILI
Ingredients

pounds ground beef

ounces tomato sauce

tablespoons tomato taste
3
tablespoons chili powder -- or to taste
1/4
cup poblano peppers -- minced (or 1 jalapeno pepper)
salt if desired
fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions
Brown ground beef, add in the poblano pepper, tomato sauce and paste, and chili powder and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
I like to serve this over hot dogs and top with cheddar cheese and broil till cheese melts.
